Shipping

We currently ship orders within India. Orders are generally processed after payment confirmation and are handed over to our delivery partner within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and operational conditions.

Delivery timelines depend on the destination and courier network. Customers may receive tracking details when tracking is available for the shipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, customer unavailability, courier disruptions, natural events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, tampered with, or contains an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery. Please keep the product, packaging, and delivery evidence available and share clear photographs when requested so that we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Returns and Refunds

Because our products are food and wellness drink mixes intended for consumption, returns are generally accepted only where permitted by applicable law and where the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition, or where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Opened or used consumable products are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law or approved by us because of a product issue.

Where a refund is approved, the refund will normally be processed to the original payment method or through the applicable payment provider. Processing time may vary by payment provider and bank.
